Traditional ADR modes such as arbitration, mediation and face-to-face inter-party negotiation have a lot of appeal, both as quick and inexpensive solutions, and as valuable tools even should they fail.

We will always review dispute resolution options with you, and discuss whether they are viable routes for you in your matters.

We make the most out of mediation, and have an excellent rate of success in mediated and other out of court resolutions – whether in commercial law matters, employment, personal injury and even cases of fraud.
